General Description: This auction will consist of items from a small estate from the Topeka area, a person that is down-sizing from the Overbrook area, and numerous general consignments. Items that we will be selling include modern and antique furniture, dishes and glassware, lots of collectibles, tools and tool related items, hot tub, another installment of 25 Precious Moment figurines, and lots of miscellaneous. We also will be selling an 8N Ford tractor plus several 3-point attachments for this tractor, and a 1994 Chevy ½-ton pickup. Furniture: Round and oval oak tables (these tables do not have chairs), oversized electric lift-assist chair, recliner, sofa, oak sofa table / entryway table, a really nice oak entertainment center, drop leaf table with 2 chairs, assorted dressers and chest-of-drawers, love seat with built-in recliners, kitchen table with 4 chairs, full/queen oak bookcase headboard, computer desk, modern oak office chair, older computer desk with hutch top, and assorted tables and stands.
