General Description: This auction will consist of items from a small estate from the Topeka area, a person that is down-sizing from the Overbrook area, and numerous general consignments. Items that we will be selling include modern and antique furniture, dishes and glassware, lots of collectibles, tools and tool related items, hot tub, another installment of 25 Precious Moment figurines, and lots of miscellaneous. We also will be selling an 8N Ford tractor plus several 3-point attachments for this tractor, and a 1994 Chevy ½-ton pickup.

Furniture: Round and oval oak tables (these tables do not have chairs), oversized electric lift-assist chair, recliner, sofa, oak sofa table / entryway table, a really nice oak entertainment center, drop leaf table with 2 chairs, assorted dressers and chest-of-drawers, love seat with built-in recliners, kitchen table with 4 chairs, full/queen oak bookcase headboard, computer desk, modern oak office chair, older computer desk with hutch top, and assorted tables and stands.

Appliances: GE electric dryer, Amana washer, Frigidaire refrigerator (fronts for bottom drawers are missing), and Admiral refrigerator. Vehicle: 1994 Chevrolet 1500 W/T ½-ton pickup with a 4.3 Litre Vortec V6 engine, 4-speed standard transmission with overdrive and 121K miles showing plus power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, cruise control, Pioneer AM/FM/CD player/stereo, sliding rear window, Diamond aluminum bed side rails, tailgate protector, and running boards.

8N Ford Tractor: This tractor has been converted to a 12-volt system. The following 3-pt equipment will be sold separately: 5’ Ford brush mower, 6’ King Kutter blade, 6’ Estate finish mower, BMB post hold digger – model UC53 – Serial No. #418 comes with a 10" auger, 6’ disc, and a 3-pt tumble bug / bucket scoop.
